Can I play Ares Virus offline？
Yes, but you need internet when you landing the game or saving game data to the Cloud.
How to save data?
Game data will be saved as Local Storage automatically when you go back to shelter every time; Please save your data to the Cloud as well: click the TV in the shelter to open the Cloud Storage page and save your data to the Cloud at the bottom right corner.
Why do I have to save the data to the Cloud?
To avoid losing data when you switch devices or uninstall the game, please do save the data to the Cloud and bind your account to FB/Google.

What happens if I delete or uninstall Ares Virus from the device?
If you have not linked your account to FB/Google, have not saved and sync up to the Cloud, you will not be able to continue playing your Local Storage data from before you deleted the application, all data will be reset.
If you want to continue playing after you uninstall the application, please link your account to FB/Google and save your data to the Cloud.
What should I do if my game data is lost?
1.If you saved your data to the Cloud and bound the account, please login via the account directly.
2.If you saved your data to the Cloud but did not bind the account, please send your purchased order number to custom service.
3.If you did not save your data to the Cloud and did not bind the account, game data can not be recovered.
Will the previous Local Storage and Cloud Storage be deleted if I start a new game?

No, surplus coins and purchased items will be remained, the coins spent on NPC will be returned as well.

1 minute in reality=1 hour in game.

Open warehouse interface in shelter, and there be an achievement option.
What affects the damage value?
Charged attack deals higher damage.
Why can not I discard herb?
System setting, herb can not be discarded.
How does the consumption of weapon’s endurance work?
It will reduce 5 points every time you attack a monster.
How does the DEF work?
The damage you get equals to monster’s attack reduce the DEF, but the value is 1 at least.
What should I do if I was collided to a position that beyond attack?
The only way to solve this problem is to go back to the shelter, it’s a known issue, we will fix it soon. Please keep a distance between character and the edges.
What should I do when icons like bleeding or satiety appear?
Please click the icon to check the solutions.
Why the bag capacity can be extended when I make purchases at the merchant?
System setting, to avoid the error code when your bag is full.
How can I go to another place?
There will be a map icon on every exits, please close to it. One new button will appear beside the attack icon, click it and you can choose where to go.
Where’s the lockaid gun?
Lockaid gun will not be displayed in the bag but in the quest item page.
What will happen if I keep being attacked after I got flesh wound debuff?
You will get serious injury debuff. Fast regenerate button will appear when your HP is below 100.
What should I do if I can not make in-app purchase?
If you are using Android, please contact Google or custom service.
If you are using iPhone, please go to setting-screen time-content & privacy restrictions (version 12.0.1 or above) or setting-general-restrictions (below version 12.0.1) to open iTunes & app store purchases.
What should I do if I have not received purchased items?
There might be a delay, if you did not get the items in minutes, please send us the receipt which store sent to your mailbox so that we can check for you.

Will my Local Storage be covered if I change my account to another?
Yes, Local Storage will be covered, and can not be recovered.
Can I play Ares Virus on multiple devices?
Yes, but your devices have to be the same OS. The cooling-off time of switching devices is 6 hours.
Can I synchronize my storage data after I changing device?
If you want to synchronize the data, you have to save your data to the Cloud (click the TV in the shelter to open the Cloud Storage page and save your data to the Cloud at the bottom right corner) and switch the device. If your new device has not download Ares Virus before and you download it from the same store. After you login your account, the data will be downloaded automatically.
What should I do if the game does not working properly?
1. switch 3G/4G and Wi-Fi
2. turn on airplane mode and turn off it
3. reboot the Router
4. find another network
5. reboot your phone
6. reinstall the game
7. Try connecting to it via a VPN, you can turn the VPN off when the game works.
